  • A deposit may be required before work begins.

  • Final files and design rights are released only after full payment.

  • The client is responsible for ensuring all content (text, logos, images, etc.) provided does not infringe the rights of third parties.

We reserve the right to decline projects that are unlawful, offensive, or conflict with our ethical standards.

5. Pricing and payment
Prices for services are clearly stated in individual quotations or invoices and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise agreed. All prices are in GBP (£).

Payment terms are typically 30 days from the date of invoice, unless stated otherwise. Late payments may incur interest or administrative fees in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

6. Limitation of liability
While we take great care to ensure all designs and materials are accurate and of high quality, Mechele Made Design cannot be held responsible for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of our website or services;

  • Errors in materials provided by the client;

  • Issues caused by third-party printing, hosting, or distribution services.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot be excluded under UK law.
